The great thing about it is you can also spice up your style even you’re just a beginner. No wonder why it’s so popular across the world.

In fact, in Australia, there’s The New South Wales Line Dancing Competition. With this one, there are many great dancers who participate to showcase their spectacular line dance performances.

One of the most remarkable routines that were performed on the NSW Line Dancing stage was from the HotFoot Line Dancing Team.

Even when they did more complicated steps like stomping, shuffling, and kicking. They undoubtedly knew what they were doing on the dance floor. And because of that, they’re so pleasant to watch.

They surely went through tough rehearsals before coming up with this flawless routine. Of course, their natural talent contributed a lot too.

Here’s what the online viewers have to say about their line dance routine:

“I’ve watched this hundreds of times and I will continue. It’s so amazing,” one commenter wrote.

I’m sure many people feel the same. Well, there was another one who reacted positively to it and she is also a line dancer so she knows how challenging this routine is.

“Great job!! I’ve been linedancing for years and this is one of the hardest dances that I’ve ever learned!! For some reason it was so. Hard lol Maybe it is or was the teacher ? The last time I got stuck on a dance I had to get Ronnie Russell to teach it to me! Man I miss his classes!”

Another reason to enjoy line dancing is it’s also being used to do charitable deeds.

Because it’s really popular in Australia, there’s the NSW Line Dance Ball which raises funds to be used for charity annually. All the proceeds go to its recipient – which is the Ronald McDonald House Westmead.

Even though the pandemic has caused the cancellation of the ball, they were still able to collect $10,000 for the Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Western Sydney last month.

The NSW Line Dance Ball Committee is pleased to announce that, despite the cancellation of the 2020 Ball in April, and…

“All funds raised go towards the refurbishment and maintenance of the current house at Westmead. In the past, the Ball has raised annually between $18,000 and $22,000. To date, these funds have helped to build a new roof for the house and to refurbish 4 family kitchenettes for example,” they wrote on their Facebook post.

It’s heartwarming that this kind of competition doesn’t just give us entertainment but it also helps lots of people. Hopefully, many people would still watch line dance performances from NSW in the future. Of course, you can definitely relish the old ones just like this one from the HotFoot Line Dancing Team – which is truly remarkable.
